RAWFADE® was established in Los Angeles, California, with a singular premise: to create elevated daily basics that develop character alongside their wearers. Rejecting the fast-fashion loop of synthetic textiles and standard uniform coloring, we returned to raw combed cotton fibers and deep pigment dye methods.

Every garment is knitted from 100% US cotton, carefully cut in small-crop patterns, double-stitched at the seams for absolute structural longevity, and garment pigment-dyed in Los Angeles. The beautiful edge-fading, seam-highlighting, and fabric patina are not defects; they are the living trace of our artisanal wash process.

RAWFADE® garments are meticulously constructed, garment-dyed, and custom washed under direct control in small runs in Los Angeles. By using heavy-grade cotton and custom-developed reactive pigment dyes, each piece inherits individual tone variations, slub textures, and naturally faded edges at the seams.

They do not deteriorate; rather, they age like fine denim, gaining character and conforming to your fit with every wear.

We release our vintage washed basics in small controlled crops. Future release drops will be announced exclusively to our Drop List members via private email early-access passwords. Register your email in our newsletter form below to secure your coordinates.

Since pigment-dyed items hold unique reactive properties, we advise washing them inside-out in cold water with similar dark colors. Hang dry or tumble dry low. The seam fading will naturally mature and develop beautiful personalized patina with every wash cycle.

Our basics feature a signature boxy, slightly oversized drape with dropped shoulders. We design them to conform comfortably to your build. Choose your true size for a relaxed oversized drape, or size down if you prefer a standard tailored fit.
